He's probably in another country receiving medical treatment. The previous kim did the same thing twice.

I was reading about this the other day, they were speculating that he has gout or diabetes or that he broke his ankles from excessive weight gain. I imagine he is recovering from something, his sister has been standing in for him I hear and if there was a coup I would think some military man would take over.

He's in Disnleyland, after all his brother got arrested with a fake passport attempting to enter Disnleyland in Tokyo a few years ago.

Fatso (calling him like that because he seem to eat very well when his people are starving, nothing against people with weight) showed his face, he's back with a cane, they say he broke both his ankles, ah ah ah, I bet he broke them while wearing his wife's heels.
