In December, my contract ends, now I have a phone Sony Xperia J, I'm not happy with it.
It's slow and often not responding to my inputs.

I wonder if you do not buy a phone with Windows Phone system, I mean, of course, a cheap phone, because I'm not rich.
I've heard that cheap phones with windows phone work better than android phones.

Get an Android phone with the best processing speed that you can afford. My Windows based phone was the worst one I ever owned, but maybe the Windows phones are getting better. Anyway, Android have far more and better applications than the Windows phones.

Same, go with Android, plus it uses a Linux Shell, meaning it needs a less powerful phone to work great.

i love android for the reason that it interfaces and meshes with my google account, where i keep almost everything.

however, if you are on a budget, windown phone might be better, as the low-end androids are a bit sluggish (and i have heard from others that it's annoyingly so).

the higher lines of androids are great, but the budget androids (among others: the galaxy mini series) are a tad weak for their OS. windows phone is less heavy, so works better on the 'weaker' handsets

Android, So many more phones use it, rather than Windows.

Check out the Moto G. Less than £100, fast, clean, minimal Android.

FirefoxOS is another one that appears to be quite similar to Android though instead of being montored by Google, your browsing/ downloading habits may be also monitored by Firefox.

What I would truly like to see is true Open Phone OS made available by Debian, based on Debian's Stable Branch.
