Due to my autism it is exhausting for me to work in an environment that requires allot of communication. Does anyone know a legitimate job (US Only) that can be done from home that pays over $15 per hour?

Could you do customer service work over the phone? Some companies want phone reps who work from home. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is one company I know of that does this.

I work from home as a government patent examiner. Many government jobs are "telework", and pay over $15/hr.

Also, the US government tries to hire people with disabilities, e.g., NASA is hiring people with disabilities (with proof from a doctor)

I would suggest you search out usajobs, see if they have any that fit your skills/interest, and call the specific agency to see if they have telework. Note: you can see in the above link that they are hiring for locations all over the country.
