SkiBum I love the way you tell the stories of what happened. You are really good at describing and I feel almost like I was there!

Yep...listening to her stories is like going through a Super G course--varied, yet pleasant.

Well....now it's official!

I wonder what your horses and assorted other animal friends would think.

I'm not kidding. When I was a teenager, I used to confide in my narcissistic Persian cat. Somehow, despite her being a slave to fashion, she was able to empathize with me.
They knew before I did. They did not need the diagnosis to tell. Animals are extremely intuitive, they always know and often times better than we do ourselves.

OMG, I've done / do almost everything you said you did----the straightening the picture thing, the commenting on the decor, the commenting when something in the room has changed, the asking someone to turn-down the music.... The only thing I don't / haven't done is the no eye-contact thing (I've actually stared people down while I was trying to bite my tongue to keep from saying "how STUPID can you BE?" LOL), and the taking my shoes off and sprawling on the furniture thing (I would NEVER do that!).

I totally agree with the others in that you tell stories, just GREAT!! I LOVE alot of detail, so that there's NO question in my mind!! You have a way of doing it, though, that doesn't make me BORED----it makes me INTERESTED!! !

Congratulations! :D

I also enjoy your stories. I get vivid images in my mind while reading them.

I'm excited for you skibum! or as excited appears on a limited-range emoto-palette, at least. I might check out OVR. Thanks for sharing your story.

Thank you Voleregard. OVR is amazing. They are really opening up doors for me. I completely recommend them. If it were not for them I would never have been able to be diagnosed or able to afford the classes I want to take.

I found OVR on the net. It says nothing about prices. Is it something, you can apply for? What would it cost to get diagnosed there if possible?
I´m not in USA myself, but ask on behalf of a friend, who suffers and has no access to diagnosis or other help.

As long as you qualify it's free. They cover everything but you have to qualify. Your friend can get the application from her local OVR office and see if she qualifies.

Thank you, Skibum, but does "qualify" mean having an insurance?
In that case, she wouldn´t pass.
