a fragment of remembered dream- i was in my late mother's house, i was taking a shower and something made me get out naked and go out and check the mail in the mailbox, i brought it inside then as i went back into the shower i noticed that the shower stall door was open and the shower spray was making the floor wet, and my mom was in there using the washing machine at that point, and then the shower turned into a flower-print daybed, and i asked her how to switch it back into a shower, and she pointed out a lever on the wall i had to pull, and the mattress folded up and the shower nozzle poked back out of the wall and water started running. then i awoke.

That sounds interesting. When I was a kid, I used to regularly dream about going to school without my clothes on because I forgot to put them on. I was happy that it never actually happened, but worried that I might at some time in the future.

I had what has to have been the greatest floating/flying dream of my life this morning.

It started up arriving at someone's house with my younger brother who was a friend of theirs. Shortly after going in, I started floating around the house just inches above the floor. I'd drift along until I bumped into something or someone or until I pushed off. At first they wondered why I was acting like that but then they would see that I wasn't touching the ground and they couldn't understand that at all. They tried to do it, too, but were unable to do so.

After a while, I went out the back door and saw that there was a large lake behind the house with tall mountains around the lake. Think about something like the Scottish lochs where the lakes are narrow but go on for miles. I immediately start soaring over the lake like an eagle -- sometimes quite high and sometimes just above the water. The mountains were covered in forests and the entire scene was incredibly beautiful.

Along one side of the lake was a road and so I followed the road and came across a house quite a ways from the original house. At the house, there were lots of people with horses getting ready for a fox hunt. I'm flying among them slowly but they never seemed to notice me at all. Then they mounted the horses and went out looking for the fox with me flying among them. We were going through gates across pastures and over fences, sometimes in the clear and sometimes under dense overgrowths of trees, all at good speed. Eventually, we ended up back at the house where the fox hunt began.

Even though I am getting tired of having violent dreams, this one I will admit actually felt good.

I dreamt that my uncles were visiting and when they arrived, they both were drunk beyond belief and dressed in military attire. They sat at the kitchen table and tried talking despite being drunk. They asked me if I had found myself work and found myself a girlfriend. I said yes to both and asked them if they wanted some more alcohol. They both cheerfully said yes and I obliged.

Things got a little fishy from there. Seeing how drunk they were, I took advantage and opened a medicine cabinet. I removed one of my prescriptions, opened the bottle, took out a few pills, ground them up, and poured them into their beer glasses.

Tense music began playing as they drank. They fell onto the floor, I grabbed a gun, and shot both of them.

The dream finished and I woke up.

Both my uncles served as US Marines, they both believe the spectrum isn't real and that a way for a male on the spectrum to "man up" is to enlist.

I have no intention on enlisting at all.

So I went outside and my friend, a short native girl, and I watched other people looking at a small bird in a parking space walking around, stopping a car from entering. :?: :?: :?:

He was probably listening to the Clash singing "Rock the Casbah".

The small bird blocking a parking space could symbolize Islamic ideology blocking modernity from Iran. Just a thought.

Had another wierd one, I'll post it later. This is a virtual note to self. What does a rusty one-sided collapsed guard rail mean in dreams? Or seeing someone you know (but haven't seen in a long time) with bruises and hand marks on their arms and neck mean?

^^^am SWAGing that it means your boundaries/behavioral limits are weak or damaged by some situation or person in your life present or past. might have something to do with the arm/neck-bruised fella you hadn't seen in a while.

i dreamt i was on a beach, on a concrete overlook with benches, there was some bushes/shrubbery in the periphery, i was standing there with a white bag full of boiled eggs, i reached in and grabbed one to eat, but instantly the egg became a white envelope, which was open, so i reached in and pulled out an A4 [8x11 inch] sized glossy color photo of some vaguely mediterranean [possibly turkish] man with a light tan, compactly muscular and bulky but still trim [no fat], wearing pale blue board shorts and barefoot, receding hairline of swept-back dyed red hair in a "bob's big boy" wave. he had plain and somewhat brutal features, clean sharp-chiseled lines, gray eyes. the mental energy he sent me was that he was an escort seeking a customer. then suddenly the picture disappeared and there he was standing there with two other even more brutal-looking characters [athletically bulky and wearing black shoes/slacks/gray sports jackets and white shirts] who looked like middle-eastern villains out of central casting. both had dark hair and black eyes and rodent-like countenances and quick movements. at that time i had a sort of dream within a dream where i was somewhere else on the beach with some women, most details evaporated in waking consciousness as i write this. when i came back, we three [2 goons and redhead guy] were in a white room with gray carpeting and a large redwood conference table. i sat at the table, then it dawned on me that the red-haired fella thought i was HIS customer, and i told one of the goons that i just couldn't do this, it wouldn't be fair to the redhead, so i proposed just giving him, his partner and the redhead $250 just to go away, which made the goon smile in appreciation but angered the other one, and at that point i awoke.

So part of the rest of it. I have previously had a dream about this person years ago. I saw the SO that I had never met, seen, nor heard of to an exact description. In this one, I saw this person with bruises on both arms and upon closer look, it was like actual hand marks. They contemplated my help but when I went to the empty parking lot, the SO wanted to fight.

I had a dream this morning that was especially banal -- I dreamed that I had a wax buildup in both ears and spent hours trying to dig it out with my finger.

^^^might that be reflective of a waking medical situation where you feel you haven't got the proper medicine or therapies to ameliorate?
