I found the various short films with Rosie informative and up beat.

In one of the films Rosie and her mother talked about how Rosie had Identified traits in herself which had subsequently been confirmed with a diagnosis of (in the diagnosis criteria of the time) Aspergers Syndrome.

In another part of the film her mother pays tribute to the hard work Rosie has put into social skills. She has put it on the record that all the that things most people can do intuitively Rosie has had to teach herself and learn explicitly.

In my younger years I went through the trouble of trying to mask my issues with a nice smile and humor, which often ended with people reminding me how weird I was.
