The brightness of the blue and white is hurting my eyes and is making me feel very fractious. I wish it could go back the way it was before.

I miss the opening page. It was really comforting to have all the new posts outlined on the first page, rather than have to sift through the sight to get to the latest autism related posts.

Wishing you all well from London

There is so much space between sections. When I open this page this is what I see. I have to scroll to the next page to read what has been written by the OP.Image

i don't like it.
the colors are too bright for my eyes, there's no "jump to newest post", and no "mark all read" on the main page...

For many people WP is more their home than the house they live in. It's hard for many to wake up and find their home all
rearranged, upside down and all out of shape.

The brightness is incredibly irritating, but it loads.

I'm one of those aspies who gets used to being in their comfort zone and I quite liked the old layout.. I don't want to take the time to get used to the new one.

Yes I don't like the brightness, wish that they stuck with blue for the background of the content stuff as reading black text on white is a bit rougher on the eyes. Website looks a lot more modern but I feel they tuck a step back on making it easy to read. I'll most likely get used to it.

I agree with the brightness issue. Also I felt the old one had more character, it was different, now it feels a bit generic.

I feel different about coming here, since I learned that it was known well ahead of time that members strongly objected to some of the changes, but those were implemented anyway. And now there are still lots of complaints, and some have even stopped posting here because they can't handle the brightness. But apparently no one is taking this seriously or offering to make any changes for those who can't use the site.

I used to feel very appreciative of this forum and felt comfortable posting here. But now the lack of consideration makes it feel like a hostile environment.

I like it, but I prefer the older one.

For those who hate the brightness... go see FMA's thread. I did, and it's made it a lot easier to view. I'm also one who hates the brightness. I'm very sensitive to brightness, so I followed his instructions and set up to the old colors. :3
