Sometimes. I do it often, but it's usually in my head. I know other people don't want to hear it, and telling them won't necessarily make me feel any better about myself. Maybe that's a difference between NTs and us.

Yes, especially in the past. My thoughts are much more positive these days. But I still tend to think some self critical thoughts here and there - but nowhere near as frequently nor as strongly as I used to.

Yes I have. I try not to. Or at least keep it inside my head. I have been struggling lately with such things. Not on purpose though. Just a bad reaction to meds, once again.
