This is truly a sad day for gamers everywhere. We lost one of the greatest innovators of our time. R.I.P. Ralph Baer.

I remember reading an article in Retro Gamer about the Magnavox Odyssey. RB believed that the technology to make video games consoles existed from as early as the 1940s, but the money men weren't prepared to invest.

92 isn't a bad innings. May he rest in peace.
