Cold Pursuit.

When Coxman, the man who drives the snow plow in Colorado's ski country, learns that his son had not died of a heroin overdose, but had been murdered, he goes on a killing spree of local organized crime. When the drug kingpin, the Viking, believes the Native American syndicate is behind the murders, he kills his rival's son, setting off a gang war, looking for an eye for an eye, and a son for a son. Meanwhile, Coxman rescues the Viking's son, and can't believe he's becoming attached to the boy. Finally the big blowout comes when all three men have it out to avenge their sons in a bloody massacre against one another.
Very good dark crime/comedy.

Memoirs of a Geisha.

I loved it. The set design, costuming, and setting (imperial Japan in WWII) were all enjoyable. There were times when the visual atmosphere was magnificent.

As to liking bad movies as I saw someone else mention, I have a fondness for the Dungeons and Dragons movie that defies comprehension. I even enjoy the sequel.

The Highwayman.
Very interesting. About the men who killed and hunted Bonnie and Clyde.

I have seen Trainspotting, about drug addiction and social discomfort.

Very interesting, but also very sad.
