I recently saw :

- Blade runner 2049 : very good story. It was very entertaining

- The bridge on the kwai river : very moving movie. And pretty cool theme : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83bmsluWHZc

- The infamous movie Salo or the 120 days : In World War II Italy, four fascist libertines round up nine adolescent boys and girls and subject them to one hundred and twenty days of physical, mental and sexual torture. It was very, very hard to watch... disturbing / gruesome movie, to say the least. The movie director (Pasolini) was assassinated just before the release of the movie.

- Le sens de la fête or C'est la vie! : https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5699154/ very funny movie :D

Choke.

I had just read the Palahniuk book, and so I ordered the movie from Ebay. Well... it was a pretty decent literal adaption. The only trouble is, it's a literal adaption of a so-so book. Fight club it aint.

Indeed. Palahniuk also hadn't been able to top it, if Choke is any indication.

Willy's Wonderland.

Nicholas Cage is tasked to pay for his car repairs by cleaning a deserted children's funhouse during the night, only to discover the animatronic characters are haunted by the ghosts of serial killers. Goofy but fun horror/comedy
