I like the theme that you chose for this year. I hope it works out for you this year and everybody who goes there accepts everyone. :)

OW!! I went to the site to check-it-out, and that God-awful, SCREEMING yellow background just about KILLED me!! I'll never understand, as long as I live, why people who are trying to HELP ASDers, do something so stupid as using bright colors----including THIS site!!

I'm definitely interested! I just want to make sure that this event is set in stone and is going to happen so I can book my free frequent flier miles towards the trip.

I'm saving up for it. I just need to make sure I make arrangements with my classes so that I could miss that week's class on the 24th.

What's the registration deadline?

This event is set in stone. Please register, and if you need help with your fee, please mention it in your registration. Also, we can always use more presenters [ and yes, you are good enough to present] particularly pertaining to this years theme. [please give us plenty of time to fit your presentation or workshop into the schedule] Also, we are filling up quickly so please try to register soon.

No specific deadline, but we will have only a few slots left. BTW, if you need help with your fee, there is a scholarship program.

Do you make any attempt to balance the numbers of males and females attending?

No, but it's hard to say 50/50 or whatever, because I am not sure how to count trans-gender or people who identify as both male and female. I would say mostly on the young side, though I am slightly older than dirt.
