If you do, please tell me what you speak, fluently or non-fluently.

Spanish.

Fifteen years ago, when I returned home after 6 years abroad, I was quite fluent. I'm starting to lose it now, and on a recent trip to Mexico I could tell that I was less fluent than I had been. Words escaped me, and some irregular conjugations. I can still communicate with reasonable ease, but not as fluently as before.

I have a few Spanish language books on my Kindle to try to avoid losing too much.

I know Portuguese very fluently as well as a good deal of Spanish and several other languages.

Does neurotypical-ese count? Joking aside, I can speak French, and a little German.

I use to know french and latin pretty fluently, and a bit of a dialect from my parents
