ESA support group?

The thing is that it makes no sense as the points on the form i filled would of been around 6 witch is much lower then the 15 needed for wrag (lower one).

And i have not been asked for the interview that is usely done before you get ESA.

It makes no sense as i can do almost everything and the only to places of issue was social and behaviour.

What should i say to them on the phone?

6 of what? 15 of what? How do you get the points? What does "wrag" mean? And what does "lower one" mean?

Points system.
You fill a form in.
WRAG is a work group of ESA.
Lower one = WRAG

What would happen if you told them the truth on the phone?

I told them over 3 weeks ago by email before the claim went though.

So i have told them before but they seam not to be able to find the email

So i told the truth as a lack of information that can be put on forms.

Can't you send another email, and make sure you save it?

I have 2 sent already and yes they are saved

Tell them, on the phone, that you'll send the emails. Then ask them to confirm that they received it. Ask them to reply to your email--this will also serve as confirmation.

Told them and they could not find them so they will talk back to me on Monday after they look though all they different inbox's.
