Not so much. I eat what I can bear (my diet is fairly limited).

No. Just eat what seems right. Don't eat macdonalds n such. Have at least 4 ten minute walks every day.

Yes, I exercise regularly and my diet is very clean.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle is one of the best things I have ever done. For one, exercise and a healthy diet eliminated many physical ailments I had been suffering from. Indigestion, heartburn, stomachaches, and poor sleep were all remedied by it.

Also I found that regular exercise is a far better treatment for depression than medications. There are practically no side effects, unless you over train and injure yourself as I did.

Well, I did give up on fast food, but I just can't commit to the whole notion of exercise.

If I'm not at school, I'm at work. If I'm not at work, I'm at school. If I'm at neither, It's late at night and I'm either sleeping or on the internet. Exercising doesn't seem to fit in anywhere. That, and routine seems to always work against me. My memory has never been a good one. Food, I eat fairly healthy... I guess. :?

Since the restraunt job of recent, I can
say I eat somewhat regularly. I say this
because I eat only when I have to, and this
is because I find eating a chore.

I stretch alot and do leg excercizes on a
raised metal pole at this Starbucks I
currently hangout between 1 hour internet
sessions.
