5' 8" and 135# (62 kg). I've put on weight since I turned 33, but before had always been rail thin unless I was exercising (I got up to 150 just after boot camp, but lost it all in the 10 months of school after that when we didn't have time to exercise properly). I was off the charts (on the low end) the Navy used for body mass indication. According to them, I had a -13% body fat.

I am currently working on a new exercise program so I can hopefully burn the fat off and return to muscle mass. Hopefully in 3 months I will be at my target weight.

NAW! I'm NORMAL height/weight. My height is 6' which is now pretty much towards the median. My weight IS kind of high now, but that is because of a stupid habit with getting chocolate. I'm a chocoholic. Right now, I am about 250pounds, 113 kilos, 17.85 stones. Before that habit, my weight was like 62% of that. Of course, SOME of the added weight IS muscle.

Oh yeah, I studied muscle building also. I don't have any more trouble building muscle than anyone else. The exercises used throughout the centuries to trigger an excess of anabolic ability are just hated so they aren't often done by most.

5' 7" @ 170 pounds. The weight varies -- that's the max it ever gets. No one believes I weigh that much, even when I'm standing right in front of them. I must be dense in body and mind.

5'9" (ish) and 13.5-14.5 Stone(85-95 kg). The scales are rubbish and inaccurate, so give or take a few ounces. I feel healthy as I am.

I am 168 cms/5'6" tall and I weight 68 kgs/150 lbs. So um... I guess... "taller portion of normal height and heavier portion of normal weight"?

Tall and a little below normal weight, 5'9 1/2" and 135 lbs. Though most folks are overweight these days. A few decades ago I'd probably be considered normal.

Charts say anything from 126 to 154 for 5'10... suppose it depends on build, but I consider myself totally normal weight at 5'10 and 133, and I would consider myself normal weight until I was 118.

Well I'm comparing myself to people around me. I went to get the car serviced last friday and I was the thinnest person in the waiting room by 100 pounds 8O easily. Maybe I live in a fat area of the world... but there is lots of obesity where I live. Even most children I see look a bit overweight.
