Have you found that if you're really passionate about something it can cure you of all bad feelings? You have a sense of purpose and wellbeing and will never give up the thing you're passionate about no matter what; because that's your reason for existing and your duty.

Just wonder who else

I'm kind of the opposite. Being passionate about anything just tortures me. I feel better when I'm just happy-go-lucky and don't really care that much about anything.

I used to be like that too but now I just want to work on things and expand my knowledge and understanding of things.

Yeah I do and there are a few things I'm passionate about with entrepreneurial stuff through to evolution, the paranormal and weight training.

I suppose if nothing else it makes me feel better because it occupies my mind with something, so I don't get to obsessing and ruminating about the past-which usually leaves me feeling depressed. Plus, if I am really passionate about something I have a good time doing it. If I didn't, I wouldn't be passionate about it.

It doesn't fix everything, but it makes life a lot more enjoyable.

A passion is something to rest your mind on that you actually enjoy thinking about instead of obsessing negatively, plus I find you get a lot of energy about something you're passionate about, a kind of quickening that's enjoyable. :)

I'm always happiest when I am passionate about something. but that quickly wears off and I'm left with no passion for most of the time.

Bottoms up!

Sometimes yes. Sometimes no, when it sets up unreal expectations leading to frustration.

Being passionate is good, unless it is about committing crimes and harming people of course.
