The end of our searching

Elliot in his Little Gidding says "costing everything".

I wanted to write about this but couldn't think of anything more beautiful.

I don't suppose he means to live like a Bhuddist monk but with simplicity and a consequent place of security. "The fire and the rose are one".

Sorry, I'm talking about the last two verses. The whole poem is a bit difficult apart from being long.

The sound between the waves...

The rose is a form of the energy that made it, and us.

He is long, but well remembered for lines that stood out, paintings need a background.

i suppose, to sum it up in a few words,
as i do love wordy too, IS

NOW is forever
when one arrives
wHere death does
not exist and
LIFE FEELS
NOW.

ANYWAY, i can
definitely relate
to this man's poetry..

When life becomes a dance
and song of poetry in all ways
of living ART; life IS REAL
and DOES EXIST for NOW.

And IT doesn't matter if
the ART is HANDS ON
MOTORCYCLE REPAIR
OR PAINTING A PICASSO.

ART IS ART AND
TRUE LIFE
IS
ART.

And by the way, Grebels;
thanks for sharing;
you are becoming
as much of
a fresh breath
of air here, as Inventor,
oANAo, and a handful, or so,
of others, who live Art ALLONE
instead of Aut, Alone..

Thanks for looking Inventor. I cannot claim tounderstand Elliot very well, but i do love the read his words. They are for me the same as looking at a beautiful painting.
