What do you love to do?
Instead of go looking for your 'calling', make your calling what you love to do...
List out some of them, then see (have to think outside the box) which can be a job for you...
not the typical job but even a entrepreneur type of work....

Set the bar a bit lower and make that question broader -- what do you love to do, period? What hobbies do you enjoy/find meaningful?

If whatever hobby floats your boat doesn't easily translate into a career, there is an alternative -- find a job you don't hate that provides the means/flexibility/whatever to pursue it.
