Or a mix of both.

I was TYPICAL AS! VERY quiet, UNLESS I needed something, was curious, could give help, or it was about things I was interested in. or quick answers.

I forgot to answer my own question :D ha ha

I never spoke at all. It worried the teachers no end. There was nothing that would make me talk or play with other children at school. I didn't start talking to other children until I was around ten years old as far as I remember.

I never found a reason to speak as a child, so I didn't.

I forgot to say. I dodn't really have any reason to talk to kids, so *I* didn't talk to them much either. By 6, the school asked my mother to take me to a doctor to get checked out because I didn't interact!

Very, very, quiet at school. Primary school teachers commented on this and it came to the attention of my parents. I was always talkative whenever we had visitors at home. I was a good little artist back then (still now) and I use to show visitors and family members my book of drawings. I use to draw DMU trains and modern vehicles or aeroplanes with great accuracy but I would also encourage to allow family members or visitors to draw their car or an item of thier choice whist they visited.

As a child, I spoke only when required to and spoke only exactly what was required and no more. Even now I speak only when I feel I have something important to input, and only enough to accomplish that.

I was very quiet except from when I was angry. Then I let it all out at once.
