Is anyone else a fan of this style of music?

Bands like:
-Angelspit
-Black Light Burns
-Celldweller
-Charlie Drown
-Crossbreed
-Deadstar Assembly
-Deathstars
-Fluffy Starr
-Kandles at Nine
-Kidneythieves (one of my favorite bands, actually)
-The Kovenant
-Marazene
-Marilyn Manson
-Ministry
-Mushroomhead (XX album, but not the others)
-Orgy
-Otto's Daughter
-PMT
-Porcelain and the Tramps
-Psyclon Nine
-Rammstein
-Rob Zombie
-Sulpher
-Zensor
-Zeromancer

Ok, not all of those are 100% Industirlal Metal (some are just harsh Industrial or Industrial Rock), but whatever--genres aren't written in stone. Heh.

I like some Rammstein songs, but I'm not really a huge fan.

It's all good. Lately I have been grooving on powernoise:

Terrorfakt
5F 55
Black Lung
P.A.L.
Combichrist

Crank it and watch your lawn die.

I said I hated all music, too, until I heard gothic industrial and metal. You gotta step away from the mainstream, is all. ^_~ What's on the radio sucks, though, I agree. Not saying you'll like Industrial Metal, but yeah. Heh.

Absolutely! One of my all time favorites. I went through a Godflesh obsessive phase where they were the only thing I listened to for months. Streetcleaner is one of the heaviest, darkest, greatest albums of all time!

Ministry
Godflesh
Hanzel+Gretyl
SWANS (early stuff)

Also metalish stuff that is in it's own right closer to old school Industrial in the vein of Throbbing Gristle such as:

Boris/Merzbow (Boris provides the Sabbath influence metal, whilst Merzbow is a longstanding Industrial project in their own right)
Sunn 0)))

Ah, love Ministry, psalm69 is my fave album, followed by The Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Taste and The Land of Rape and Honey :D

Why no mention of NIN? :(
:wumpscut:?

Oh, yes, the Swans! A real wrist opener.

They had the rep of being the loudest band in the world at some point.

I think that honor of being the loudest band in the world at this point is now held by Sunn 0))) , though I think that Jucifer might be as loud, or at least be a close second.

I'm more into the likes of Front Line Assembly and Front 242, myself.
