Potential overcorrection - they aren't that good at judging themselves, so they accidentally rate women higher in an attempt to avoid rating men higher?

This is what feminism has done. They fear being sexist against women, and instead be sexist against men. It's ridiculous and yet doesn't surprise me it's happening.

This regularly happens.
Also most states and the federal government mandate that company who gets the contracts have X amount of women (which also counts to the diversity requirements) or lose the jobs/not get the jobs.

It was done to force diversification as companies were unwilling to give them a chance back in the 60s and 70s.

Well why hire a male professor when you can cut your employment/benefits budget by 30%.

Everyone knows that women are payed 30% less then men. Just as everyone knows that 1:5 women have been raped on a college campus.

You forgot to point out that anyone who disagrees with these unquestionable facts is an indisputably evil rapist who eats babies.

3/10 - must try harder

Well I don't know dude. Evil rapist maybe. But he could also be a dreamy abortion doctor living out your femi-sexual fantasy abortion. It's just a nameless tissue to them anyways.

You know... I have to take that back. I had forgotten that any penile penetration is considered rape too, so that probably wouldnt work out too well.

Yes, the dreamy abortion doctor epitomises the baby eating rapist role, even if she isn't a man.

Also, a lot of hiring nowadays is based on social intelligence, which women tend to be better at.
