Rarely, because I'm allergic to gluten and I can't afford to eat out all the time. So my options are nearly none existent. I'll eat Jimmy Johns (unwich) a couple of times a year. The only restaurant food I eat regularly (every other month) is delivery pizza from a local chain, but I don't count that as fast food, 'cause it takes 45 minutes.

I try to avoid eating not home cooked meals because anywere I go it's very likely I'll get sick by the next day.

2-5 times a year - usually when I'm with my Ma. I swear she eats the crap almost daily. I keep reminding her about her quadruple bypass that she had.

@nurseangela: nice avatar change, aside from perhaps being the cat equivalent to nurse Ratched.

Myself, I'm not a large fan of fast food, but eat it probably once a month, usually out of social circumstances (yet another reason I'm becoming more anti-social by the day).

I eat fast food 2 times every weekend. I eat a breakfast burrito from McDonald's for breakfast on the weekend.

I occasionally eat fast food when my father can't be bothered to cook something.

My mother and I usually eat out once a week but most of the places we go to are more casual dining where they don't deep fry everything but the salads. Once in a while we might go to Wendy's or Burger King but usually it's places that have healthier choices on the menu. However, I have a hard time resisting the french fries as Swiss Chalet or the downtown Casino restaurant because they are so danged GOOD. :)

I mean, the Casino serves beer battered fries that are all crispy outside and soft and moist inside, and I'm drooling just thinking about it.

I only eat fast food when I am traveling and can't find anything I can afford. So maybe 2 times a year, as the mystery ingredients they put in that stuff creeps me out.

I love it but try to avoid it. If you count any pre-prepared meals as fast food then it's about half of what I eat. I get alot of pre made stuff from the supermarket. I just can't be bothered to cook and clean after working all day.

Have you ever thought about pre-plnning cooked meals by putting them in the freezer?

This is what my mum does for me and I will learn to do myself. Due to working out I eat 6 meals a day - 2 of them are meals that don't require cooking and are quick to prepare, the other two aren't. Instead of going through the extra hassle she just cooks them all mabe Sunday and I'm set to just microwave my stuff for the week.

Me, I use to love fast food all the time, but my stomach has gotten used to healthier foods that just the thought of mcdonald's makes me sick. Pizza's still usually alright though.

It varies, but generally no more than a couple times a week. Sometimes the mood hits me and I might stop at a Big Bowl a few weekends in a row, or go out for a burger.
