“My autism is not a superpower. It also isn’t some kind of god-forsaken, endless fountain of suffering inflicted on my family. It’s just part of who I am as a person”. - Sara Luterman
That is a living nightmare. A possible solution is an application to the Court requesting that it appoints an independent person to be a "guardian ad litem" who takes overall monitoring responsibility and reports his or her observations of the overall situation and the well-being of the person involved directly to the court.
I know that American courts have done this in respect of children, I am not sure whether they will extend to adults in particular circumstances.
If not it may be possible for her to be made a Ward of the Court on urgent application, which places all decisions
about where she will live etc in the Court's hands. These orders are not for life, unless there are very strong reasons.
