I'm officially addicted to caffeine because of Covid restrictions. I get high on just one cup of coffee on my slow mornings. It turns my slow mornings into fast days. Somehow, coffee on a Friday doesn't seem right. Friday is one of my happy days.

Hey, everyone. It's been awhile, and in fact, that's why I'm here, sort of.

...I'd better back up.

It's my two year anniversary on Aven [the Asexuality Visibility and Education Network], and I've been meaning to come here and explain why I left for months, but I kept putting it off and putting it off.

So. Back when I left, I was dealing with a lot of stuff, but the main reason is because of a messy personal situation that I still wish I had handled differently and not so coldly and suddenly. I want to make amends somehow, but I don't know where to start.

So, yeah. How's everyone else doing?

I really liked it at the flower shop, even though it was just a volunteer position. But, obviously, I can't go anywhere at the moment. I don't mind so much. I'm introverted enough that I like being at home.
