mmm....that does sound satisfying. In my imagination you celebrated by eating a tasty piece of cake as they made the "long walk" past you.
No, I usually order a large "Supreme" pizza and eat it at my desk.

Drugs will only make things worse in the long run. Absurdism might be worth looking into.

This is not even just an advice, but the actual instruction manual: if you don't worry, you'll be happy.

Has anyone here read Caroline Myss's Sacred Contracts book? It's quite an interesting read. I, too, worry a fair bit and I don't like change, but I try my best to stay positive and remain an optimist.

Happiness means not wishing anything. I don’t want to be happy.

Achieving happiness comes from being satisfied. If you have a purpose, fulfill it. Only you know what makes you happy. Do not listen to people who try to push you into religious practices or try to tell you what should make you happy.

I have.

I have mixed feelings about what she says. I have seen people that seem to fit into her understanding of things, but others don't...so, idk what to conclude. :? :? :? :?

Mindfulness, exercise, counting my blessings, spending time with friends, learning about my inerests, seeking support when I am worried...all these things help me achieve happiness. It is a moving goal for me. I can find happiness but can never stay there. I have to keep working for it.

It only causes soreness if you are not used to masturbating 24/7.

It only causes soreness if you can reach that point without losing interest first.
