I have recently posted a post about flirting. Here's a new one:

There is this other girl that always says "hi" when she sees me. Once I sat at here table at lunch and she seemed to be really friendly towards me. I'm not really sure if this is flirting, or if she is just being friendly.

I would say that she at least likes you as a friend. Does she act the same way towards other people (guys especially), or just you? It's really hard to say for sure, because everyone has different ways of showing interest.

She is flirting with you. Same thing happened to me once but I didn't realise until it was too late and just replied with "Hey?" and then I finished eating and walked away. Don't do that.

If you ever get the chance, try to observe how she interacts with other people. Her knowing your name is a good sign, because someone wouldn't go to the trouble to figure out your name, or even care to know, if they had no interest in you.

Not enough info to go on. Smile and say hi back - works if she's flirting, works if she's not and is just a friendly girl.
