If you are disabled & getting help in life like having a counselor that helps you, when they need information from you, do you have to tell them everything they need to know? I don't tell my counselors everything, I get really uncomfortable when they need to know things.

I am generally forthcoming about information requested from me as long as it is relevant, unless I feel that the partying asking the information will use it to discriminate against me.
