Dionner - peraps an entrecôte with veggies? or simply a chickpea omelet with Grana.

Where I am, it's morning and I just woke up. What I've had so far was an apple and a gluten-free chewy chocolate bar.

I just ate some lettuce 1/2 and hour ago and I feel so chilled out.

Look at this article for the amazing benefits of this little green vegetable!

On its own it taste bland for me so I made a vinegar dressing to pour on it. If you want to make one too here's the recipe:

Put two teaspoons of Dijon mustard into a bowl.
Add two tablespoons of water.
Add two tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
Mix together.
Slowly pour in 120ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower or olive oil. As you pour, continually whisk and keep on until you have a smooth texture.
Then pour as much as you want on the salad.
Stretch cling film over the bowl when you're finished and keep the rest in the fridge to use again.

I made some toast and then put some tuna on it and then thin slices of cheese and then put it under the grill.
I'd had two kitkats.

Ball of jasmine rice and pulled pork, with soy sauce. 20 minute cooking time, minimal setup and zero effort.
