For my mum, it's a sad day, and it used to be a sad day for me, too. Now things are different [for me, at any rate].

Just another day on the calender to me, same as those that preceed and follow it.

The fact that I get to celebrate Mick Avory's birthday the next day.

I used to like it. I get excited around holidays, because I like doing nice things for people. But then after several years of realizing that it's not reciprocated, I now feel like a worthless loser who isn't worth remembering.

So Valentine's Day is just another day that reminds me of all the things that I don't have, will never have, but that other people get to have, because for some reason I'm the person who is always left out.

Pure unalloyed hatred, though not nearly half as bad as being dumped in November and you find that that Elvis number is still going strong - "It'll be lonely, this Christmas . . . "

It's my sister's birthday on the 13th, and my dad's birthday on the 14th. We always go up to my Grandma's ranch to celebrate most birthdays and some holidays. Whenever There is something that revolves around love and romance, I stay home and watch John Wayne movies or other stuff. So on Valentine's, I will be eating cake and watching Netflix.....

I try to ignore the dozens of obnoxious couples when they shove their corpses in my face like they do everyday.

And at the end of the day I mastubate exclusively to girls I like.

I'm such a failure.

It made me depressed when I was single & lonely but it's not that big a deal to me now that i have a girlfriend. I try to be loving & affectionate with her every day.

Well, since Valentine's Day is all about lovers and flowers and candies and candlelight dinners for two, then that excludes me because I'm single. Still, though, I do like to see people happy so, yes, Valentine's Day is okay with me.

A sense of doom - because I'll be frantically working on a midterm paper that day.

I hve a girlfriend, but I don't like this day, I think that you must say how you love her or him every day, not only on this day

I feel that it's way to commercialized.
