when I stopped eating refined carbs, my systemic inflammation went down including my stuffy sinuses, IOW it enabled my sinus passages to stay more open so I can breathe a bit better. maybe if you try that regimen you'll breathe better yet? :idea:

I'm a picky eater but that's something to keep in mind when making very gradual changes to my eating habits.
