Has anyone been told they have low Beta Waves.

From a small box in my brain I pulled a memory of that.

I also remember playing a brain video game. My job was to keep Superman flying. No joy stick, just me and the machine.

Everybody has "Low Beta Waves". Beta waves are the frequency range of human brain activity between 12.5 and 30 Hz, and are associated with normal waking consciousness.

They are split into three sections:

Low Beta Waves (12.5–16.5Hz)
Middles Beta Waves (16.5–20.5Hz)
High Beta Waves (20.5–30.0Hz)

Those "Beta Games" were once pitched as "treatments" for attention-deficit disorders, but have not be proven to actually cure anything.

Thanks.
More currently I use theta down to delta waves binaural or isochronic before sleep.

Whether placebo or not they seem to have helped for quite a while.

That's been my experience.
