I'm terrible at playing pranks most of the time. It's easier making up a crazy story online I don't have to worry about things like eye contact or laughing.

One time a few years ago, however, I played a little joke on a guy named Ryan, who was always playfully teasing me like a bratty big brother. While he was watching TV in the living room I made a bunch of signs that said things like "Ryan is the Pink Power Ranger" and "Ryan is afraid of Tickle Me Elmo". But I was having such a hard time trying not to laugh while taping them to the kitchen cupboard doors that he came in because he thought I was crying.

Another time I was writing up our menu for the week and I made up a fake one where the meals listed were either really fancy gourmet stuff or really disgusting. I wrote at the end, "If you really think this is what we're having, then you must be an APRIL FOOL". :P

I used to play tricks on my sister when I was very young. I don't play tricks on anyone anymore.

My brothers and I have been in some pretty intense prank wars before.

It doesn't interest me whatsoever but I shall be on my guard at work tomorrow morning.

I just don't have a sense of humour when it comes to playing pranks.

Other than bugging at someone's birthday, sure.

I only play pranks on some people whom I could considered close or predictable.

No, I'm too nice. I will, however, be looking out for anything I don't believe to be true, even if it's televised. The BBC played a trick on us back in 2008 and I believed it just because it was on TV and looked real and believable. I'm not letting that happen again.

Last year, I wrote in my youth group's Facebook group that my family was moving to Alberta. I think some people believed it.

What with all the concern for "Political Correctness" and harassment issues, a prankster risks job loss and/or legal action for just having a little fun.

I should play an April Fools joke on my mom, she is pretty gullible on technology related topics. I should call her tomorrow and tell her they have announce star ship enterprise which is under construction at the international space station. I would say the Titanic 2 but some idiots who totally lack respect for the dead from New York actually want to build the Titanic 2 as a cruise ship. They also claim this one will is unsinkable too so I am going to laugh my ass off when it sinks.

Easy prank if you have roommates, take a piece of tape and tape that hose thing next to the sink in the on position. People turning on the stink will get wet from the water sprayer shooting water everywhere. Back when I had roommates we did that back and forth to each other and it was fun. One time I made a mess in the kitchen, turned the sink on full blast and boy I was pissed lol

Some people really don't know the difference between a harmless little joke and being just evil, and not in a good way. Sometimes pranks can backfire and the prank victim is badly hurt physically and/or emotionally. You should avoid playing jokes on someone who is very sensitive, elderly, frail, has no sense of humor, or any joke that makes a person cry, ruins their birthday, or ends up causing a world war.

Whenever I try to make an April fools joke, it's awful. People stare at me as if to say "What...? 1) obvious joke is obvious, 2) terrible joke is terrible and 3) what the heck are you even doing with your life?". Plus, I suck with dates anyway, so by the time I realise what day it is it's either too late or I've had a big joke played on me (which naturally, I've believed, being such a gullible person) and I'm not in the mood.
