So I've looked at labels like asexual before, but now I'm just completely confused. I never find myself ogling people in public, or thinking about people sexually. I enjoy mastarbation (I know that's somewhat irrelevant) and I'm usually not thinking about people whilst doing it. My mum thinks I'm like this because I was abused as a kid and that I'll change but I don't think so. I don't really feel romantic attraction either. I'm really repulsed by porn and the thought of sexually/romantically being with someone. The only thing that makes sex etc appealing is the libido-orgasium side of things. Thought sometimes I wonder if my autism just makes it more difficult to realise my sexual/romantic orientation? Though sometimes I do feel a weird feeling when I'm around people I really really care about, but it's not like sexual or romantic or anything. :?

We're all different sexualy. Especially being on the spectrum and all. My advise is to try an not pigeonhole yourself into any one label too soon. Or ever.lol. I'm 27 and bisexual. When I was 16 I was just figuring out what it means to be queer. I'm still not really sure but I think sexuality in general is complicated and it can be helpfully to kind of surrender to that idea without giving up on a better understanding of who u are and what u want. Good luck

I would like to address two things:

It is not irrelevant if you enjoy it.

This ties into the first statement in that it is a biological function. If you are doing it, it is serving a purpose. How you arrive there is something for you to work out.

But, I do feel those two things are natural and important. More important than what label you you fit under or the way you do it.

You hurt nobody and you do not hurt yourself. Those are good things.
