How can i make shure i meet my childrens emotional needs?

The same way that any parent would. Try to make sure you spend one on one time with your child where your attention is on them and you follow their lead. This will help you learn your child's cues so you can be sensitive to their needs even when you are doing something else. And when your kid is upset, be sensitive. Don't always give them what they want, but never get mad at them for feeling what they feel, and acknowledge their feelings and show sympathy even if you are saying no.
