Go to youtube and run a search for interpretation parody. It will give you videos songs where the singer is hard to understand and they will try to decipher what the lyrics sound like. Sometimes it can be pretty funny.

Opeth - Windowpane
'Slow response, erection returns' - actual lyric is'There's no response or action returned'

Metallica - The Unforgiven
'Nous mangons les oeufs' (we eat the eggs) - actual lyric is 'New blood rules the earth'

Metallica - Master of Puppets
'Dedicated to power killing you' - actual lyric is 'Dedicated to how I'm killing you'

Dream Theater - Octavarium
'London bridge is falling down' - 'Running backwards, falling down'

If you are interested in these kind of things do a search for 'Louie, Louie' there was an FBI investigation when it came out as the lyrics were unintelligble and it had been rumoured that they were subversive but in the end it turned out that it was just because the singer was drunk and they weren't actually that controversial at all.

steve Miller- big ol' jet airliner
I hear- bingo jed had a light on

I don't know who bingo jed is or why he had a light on.

Theres this other song, not sure who it is but they used to play it a lot over the store speakers. The lyrics are "You take it on the run, baby, if thats the way you want it baby" then theres a line after that I don't know. It sounds to me like "you take it on the run, baby, if thats the way you want it, baby, but I don't want a uni-brow . . .

thats all I got right now.

Correct: She drives me crazy like no one else

Misheard: She drives me crazy. I cloned my ass.

Puff the magic dragon,
lived by the sea
and wallowed in his autumness
in a land called Galalie.

:P

Manford Man's "Blinded by the Light"
No one understands the lyrics,
even if they read them.

But it sure does sound like:

Wrapped up like a douche....

Looks like I got it wrong too. I also thought the line before that was "keep the baby", when it was actually "keep the faith". So apparently the song wasn't an anti-abortion message.

In Shakira's song "Objection", I swear I heard the phrase "or dream like a horse.", when it was actually "or train it like a horse".

I also here this and constantly think, "what the hell?"
Than adding, "you know the router in the night." after, "wrapped up like a douche" just breaks my brain.

I think it's actually about fighting opression or something like that.

The ONE song I had the hardest time with deciphering the lyrics was "Making Love Out of Nothing at All." by Air Supply.

Back in the hey days before widespread internet access, I spent ages and ages trying to figure out what parts of that song was saying. I had other memebers of the family trying to decipher it as well and we all came up with different lyrics. It was quite funny.

But as soon as I got internet access, one of the very first things I ever did was to look up the lyrics to that song.

I had butchered the lyrics so bad and came up with so many different lyrical concoctions that it would take weeks to write all the permutations down.

 Man, most of the songs I've never even heard, and they're still hilarious!

I can't remember if I misheard any lyrics, though...
