Summer generally brings bad things: sunshine brings flowers, flowers bring pollen, pollen brings hayfever, and hayfever brings an increased amount of medication.

The fact that the days are longer doesn't exactly make up for the fact that I have to almost rattle when I walk just to stop my eyes and nose gumming up with mucus...

Yes. I do mean that.

Mentally picking out which skinny chick I'd like to snap in half, first.

I don't mind a bit of meat on mine.
So long as they are not too chunky.

More sunlight, to ward off seasonal depression.
Light clothing, to ward off dermatitic rashes.
Warm nights, to ward off asthmatic coughing and post-nasal drip.
Not feeling cold all the time.
More energy for exercising.
Less power used, for heating the house.
Laundry dries instead of being damp for days.
More public holidays.

I love the vibrant, natural tones of summer. It's great to go for walks during this season.

I like that it's warm, because although being too hot isn't very pleasant I find it preferable to being too cold. I'm hypersensitive when it comes to the cold. It's also the cold that makes me 'good for nothing' - I don't want to go out, don't want to get out of bed, don't want to do anything but sit all scrunched up... when I'm too hot those things seem easier.

The majority of my childhood seems to be summertime (when I first think back to it I always think of summers in the garden with my cousins and my dog as a puppy constantly laying under people's chairs) so I also love it for that reason. Also, although I like the rain and the look of things in bad weather, I also like how vibrant things seem in summer.

So i'l start with proberbly one of the things that cheers me up the most in life, summer.

I like how you can go to the beach and just chill while the sun is shining on my face and it's oh so nice and warm.
I like how bright the weather is, it really cheers me up.
I like just driving my car with an open window, the sun shining on my face while the cool breeze from my driving speed cools me down.
Whilst in the car i like having my cd player playing my favourite music loudly.
I like to drink a beer while sitting in the sun.

I like how the days are so much longer.
It's nice and light when i drive to work in the morning as well as at night when i drive home.
I like not having to argue with my parents (still love at home for a few more months lol) about me putting the heating too high and wasting too much electiricty.
The same goes for when my hands are ice cold in the winter and i shower to warm them.
I like how the landscape is all nice and green.
I like how the women wear less clothes and look much hotter because of that.

Ofcourse you could also type the negative stuff about the summer.
But to me that's only the excessive sweating inside the train or my car.

Tel me what you guys like/dislike

Two words.
No school
