Hi, I am working as a head supervisor in one of the clinics here in the middle east. Our system has not changed since then. We record the needs of our patient through manual charting, the old system which is eating too much of our time. With this, it is even hard for us to accommodate incoming patients. Is there a way, we can improve it? I have heard the paperless system but like you and many others, I have only little knowledge about it. Any suggestions?

My staff nurse mentioned to me "Healthfusion". He said this software is integrated with EHR, patient portal, medical billing, etc. and her father even uses it for chronic care management. I wonder if there are other available software that I can check? Any suggestions?
