nothing wrong with ramen. my husband makes a dinner with ramen, cabbage, and stewing beef. ramen alone is a quick, filling, economical meal.

some other budget-friendly foods we eat often are bananas and eggs.

Paleo Atkins, over an open fire, prepared barefoot, and with my shirt off. The more I play with urban permaculture, the more I find myself just eating outside, straight out of the yard.

I do find myself preparing vegetables, to resemble Ramen.

permaculture sounds cool. we have an heirloom apple tree, a couple of blueberry bushes, and rhubarb. we don't have much time for gardening, but maybe permaculture efficiency would work for us.

I can't make it work, at all, unless I am constantly interacting with it. Then, people think I'm a miracle worker, mainly using found and cheap objects in a thorough, intentional way. You can get something out of nothing, but it requires constant attention.
