Well, as the song goes

What a long strange trip it's been!

Retired. Spending time with children and grandchildren. Trying to stay cool.

Haven't we all?

Life has a way of getting in the way. I've just spent some time reading what I wrote 10 years ago on here. Life sure was different then.

Wish I had a "do over" and I'd not worry nearly so much about things as I did.

I slept well last night for me, does that mean I'm dead? (no Grateful Dead jokes please)

Anyone that would post a Warren Zevon song is cool in my book. Not dead yet, but if I go, I'll do it accidentally like a martyr.

Hi fellow creakies
I've just joined and found the dino cafe from the very useful Regional/Age-Related/Gender (etc.) Discussion Thread Index :) :)
Is anyone still posting in here? :)

Not too often, it seems.

It looks like we've all accidentally developed lives! :D
