Personally, I couldn't stand being in an area that doesn't control loud, abusive, unruly and similar behavior in public.

It's just so uncivilized.

In your own home? Sure.

Can Memphis go 30 days without any homicides?

(My guess is, probably not.)

Ok, First off I'm happy to see the way the police handled the protestors in the street. But his comments about asking people to not kill is just weird. He's talking to the wrong people. He's asking a peaceful crowd to not kill anyone. I don't think that anybody who is about to commit a homicide will suddenly stop and think about his community because the police or just about anyone else told him to.

Regardless this is still a pretty good example of how these groups can deal with each other.

Louisiana, of all the states, has the highest incarceration rate in the country (and thus the world). It's public defender system is broken:

In much of the south a significant percentage of black people are disenfranchised for being convicted of felonies, which is likely partly due to over-policing:

I would say that the South, and perhaps Louisiana in particular, is a powder keg. If any conflagration starts, it will start there. I'm so glad I don't live in that region anymore.

Louisiana has traditionally been one of the most corrupt states in the country.

"Black Lives Matter (BLM) is a DECENTRALIZED political and social movement advocating for non-violent civil disobedience "
FROM
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Lives_Matter
1.BLM is not an organization. There is no leadership.
2. To say that EVERYONE or even a majority of people that think that black lives matter are violent is stupid.
3. Even if all the looters believed that black lives are important does not mean that all those that believe that black lives matter are looters. I realize that this will go over trumper's heads but " All dogs are mammals does not mean that all mammals are dogs.
I am sick of all the self righteous morons that proclaim " all lives matter." If you saw a person being stabbed to death and he was screaming, " my life matters." Would you scream back, " Hey self centered idiot. What about my life? Doesn't it matter? " OR WOULD YOU HELP HIM?
