I think the slight vulnerability is good in these songs, because you otherwise have enough voice control.

It'd take a simple software program and a keyboard to create a nice frame for your voice, and a website to share the music.

I don't play keyboard. My mic picks up just my voice... so really, I need to come up with a way to put it to some sort of background. I guess I need to find someone who plays to record background. It is all complicated lol, I am so used to simply putting on my CDs and off I go. I know I need to get my confidence back and do scales as my range used to be 3 octaves when younger. I used something called recordpad and wavepad to put these on, but I only did the basic recording.

I'm also pretty critical of my singing. I might post something here someday... people would probably laugh at it though...

Bravo! That was seriously professional quality. I feel quite bad about my own singing now :P.

Thanks :) I wonder if it is a human thing to not like one's own voice when they hear it, lol.

Could be. I don't like my voice much and I have a terrible vocal range.

I'd love to hear it but I've got that stupid green puzzle piece popping up and I think its telling me I need Windows Media Player 11 - horrid program and one I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Could you possibly megaupload or sendspace some of that?
