I wish someone could invent a casserole cook pan made out of materials that take on heat at different tempertures throughout the dish. For instance, a dish that would take on less heat around the edges where my casseroles commonly burn. The middle should take on more heat where my casseroles end up almost raw in the center.

I wish that, too!
