it seems to me that an excessively animated sign argument with the self can degenerate in the wink of an eye, into a poke in the eye. :o

I remember one time walking by a guy on the city sidewalk who was standing in front of a mirrored window chewing out his reflection.

^ It's a knock off.

there is only one true duct tape.
it has a dark side and a light side and it holds the universe together.

I talk to myself a lot! I try not to do it too much in public though, and if I do, it's usually underneath my breath. Occasionally, someone will ask me what I said.

I wonder if some of it has to do with being lonely. The conversations I have with myself are usually way more interesting and engaging than the conversations I have with other people. They are quite often funny too.

Sometimes I'll imagine I'm talking to a specific person. The conversation always goes more smoothly and more in depth than it would if I was really talking to that person.

He was pointing at his reflection like shaking his finger at it and using angry words.

LOL...At least he isn't directing his anger at another person---or the mirror itself!

I say....let people berate themselves; sometimes they need it.
