Examples of social impairment:
Missing social cues (the "guess the un-spoken secret message" game)
Discomfort/anxiety in social situations (comfort being alone)
Not enough/too much/wrong timing eye contact (as determined by NT votes)
It's worthwhile to try to improve skills for yourself, but nothing wrong with your natural state either.
