Many times allthough everything are ok I sorrow about silly things and I can't do other things or activities and allthough I know that the reason I am sad is silly I can't be happy is this aspie trait or am I crazy?

I did that over the demise of London's Routemasters in 2005 and 2006. I was able to carry on other activities, though. Looking back now, I ask myself why I let myself get to that point.

Being unable to cope with emotions contributes to my 'over-reactions' to events. For example, I have cried numerous times after getting my timetable mixed up and going to the wrong lesson, or forgetting a small part of my uniform.
