Anybody here have nervous breakdowns over stupid stuff?

I wouldn't call it a "nervous breakdown"; that usually equates to needing to stay in a mental hostel for awhile, i.e., when your disorder finally reached breaking point and you're having trouble caring for yourself.

You're probably speaking of an increased anxiety state due to whatever sets you off; I'm sure most people here experience this....

When I face things I fear, the moment I feel insulted by anyone, I can say it could actually a be kind of nervous breakdown in the physical sense
