so how you see it the pulsing and vibrations on lights that jump around what they look like?

Fluorescent lights i feel frustrated no one is explaining to me it doesn't make any sense

I don't know that anyone sees this, but the optic nerve registers it and the and brain process it, and this causes discomfort for some people. It triggers headaches and or anxiety and things like that.

yeah flickering lights that not working probabley makes me uncomforable really scared of flickering lights told my ivy makes me feel safe with her

what kind headaches migrane or tension headaches?

For me personally bright florescent lights give me more of a tension type headache. But I know others can get migraines.
