I dont know how to stop liking someone either, I just try to avoid them and forget about them because it causes too much pain to think about them.

It's better to enjoy the pain.

See, I would, but my pain has progressed past the "tortured romantic" stage and entered into "Oh, for God's sake, just stop hurting" phase.

It's been four years since my wife kicked
me out, and I still enjoy the bittersweet
memories. I would rather feel the full
rush of the pain, than the dullness of
the probable future that I face.

15 since my psycho ex died, and I still revisit,
and enjoy.

memories are what the past is, the future is what you must make it. do not rely on the past to strenthen your yet to be, but instead let what you know become your present, and let your present take you to the longings of the future.

The past can be hard to ignore or put aside, even if you know it is for the best.

Especially when the past is
better than what one can
ever expect.

And if pain from the
past is better than
any possible future
pleasure.

I don't even have those. All I have is the mental equivalent of broken glass.

Rolling around in that doesn't exactly strike me as time well spent...

Who, me? I've always liked the boobies. I'm not in denial about anything.

Yeah, I realised that shortly after I'd posted my original message.

Rather than posting one of the many ideas for replies that I had, I'm simply going to say that there are a lot of replies that could be used here. :P

You can use some mind control power, so they become obedient and do whatever you want, and later they won't remember anything :D
