When Trump is inaugurated, life for the majority of American AS people will only get worse. Anyone with AS or who supports people with AS who voted for Trump voted to put American AS people through more hell than they've ever been through to date.

It isn't one because it's a blanket, generalized attack on a group (Trump supporters with AS.)

Such an attack is guaranteed to offend the many Trump-supporting people with AS who post here or read posts here, so I think this does fall under rule 3, the prohibition on "inappropriate content and behavior." Specifically the "anything else that purposely causes conflict with other members."

That's a difficult one, because if applied aggressively it could shut down almost all conversation--not a desirable outcome. On the other hand, there has been a lot of trolling lately that this probably should cover. It's a somewhat fine line. This topic clearly cuts across it.

If you want to discuss specific reasons why you think Trump is damaging or will be damaging the interests of autistic people, please start a thread directly addressing those issues without comparisons to Hitler supporters or any general characterization of Trump supporters. Attack the issue, not the people.
